Antônio Artioli – Campinas/SP * Salary: R$ 4.000,00 Benefits * Transportation Allowance: R$ 278,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 792,00 * Medical and Dental Plan * Wellhub + access to the Panobianco network * Annual variable compensation based on goal achievement (individual, departmental, and company-wide), potentially reaching up to 5 additional salaries Position Scope Professional responsible for acting as the liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, conducting operational monitoring, advisory support, and technical audits across network units. Will be responsible for ensuring the performance of the academies within their portfolio, supporting franchisees in results analysis, indicator tracking, action plan development, process reviews, and operational training. Key Responsibilities * Conduct technical visits to franchised units; * Ensure operational standardization across the network; * Provide advisory support to franchisees; * Analyze operational and financial indicators; * Evaluate income statements (DRE) and assist in developing action plans; * Conduct training sessions for franchisees and their teams; * Support operational improvements and suggest new practices; * Monitor performance via WhatsApp, internal systems, and regular contact with franchisees; * Interface with various internal departments to support units. Tools and Systems * EVO System (academy management); * Internal operational monitoring systems; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Power BI is considered a plus. Desired Technical Profile * Experience with franchises and franchisee support; * Knowledge of income statement (DRE) analysis; * Experience developing action plans; * Experience with operational indicators and performance management; * Strategic and business-oriented mindset; * Preferred experience in academies or similar operations; * Preferred education in Business Administration, Business Management, or Physical Education; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Aptitude for systems and technology. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Class B
