Job Opening: Inventory Analyst **Location:** Meireles – Fortaleza/CE **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 per month **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week About the Position We are seeking an **Inventory Analyst** to work in a laboratory, responsible for controlling, organizing, and efficiently managing administrative and laboratory supplies. Key Responsibilities * Manage inventory of materials and supplies; * Monitor product inflow and outflow (system and physical); * Conduct periodic inventory counts; * Monitor expiration dates and storage conditions; * Place replenishment orders and negotiate with suppliers; * Ensure warehouse organization and adherence to good practices; * Support audits and comply with health surveillance regulations; * Prepare inventory control reports and related KPIs. Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in inventory management, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting; * Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking; * Proficiency in Excel and management systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in clinical laboratories; * Experience managing hospital supplies.
