If you identify with this profile, apply for our position! **Responsibilities and duties** * Design scientific experiments considering positive and negative controls and variables of interest. * Formulate hypotheses and propose methods for their evaluation based on scientific literature. * Conduct, record, and interpret experiments, including critical analysis of results and generated graphs. * Develop reagents and new formulations considering physicochemical properties such as solubility, compatibility, and physical state. * Search for, read, and interpret bibliographic references; reproduce methods described in the literature. * Draft technical-scientific reports and development documentation. * Perform investigations based on reverse engineering. * Interpret and apply regulatory guidelines for preparing technical documents required for sanitary registration with ANVISA (e.g., technical dossier, instructions for use, labels). * Lead technology transfer and prototype validation processes. * Provide technical support to Production, Quality Control, Procurement, and PCP departments through non-conformance investigations and evaluation of alternative raw materials. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy and Biomedicine, Biology and Chemistry; * Master’s/PhD with emphasis in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Immunology, Chemistry or Molecular Biology; * Experience in clinical laboratory analysis or in vitro diagnostic (IVD) or pharmaceutical industry; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Advanced English and basic Spanish; * Willingness to travel. **Additional information** * Willingness to work in Lagoa Santa; * Employment type: CLT; * Willingness to work in Lagoa Santa; * Work model: On-site — 08:00 to 17:40 (Monday to Friday). * Benefits: * Flexible Benefit Card; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Chartered Transport (certain regions); * In-house Restaurant.
