Additionally, they help humanize patient care and may bring fresh perspectives that can innovate hospital processes. **Salary:** R$1142.33 **Work Schedule:** 150 hours (Monday to Friday) **Modality:** In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and archive administrative documents using physical files and systems adopted by the unit, ensuring information is easily accessible; * Monitor material inventory and request replenishments when necessary, using spreadsheets or systems adopted by the unit, to ensure supplies are always available; * Assist with daily tasks such as form completion, document scanning, and photocopying to support smooth hospital operations; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Minimum age of 18 years; * Basic Microsoft Office package preferred; **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * SESC; * Wellhub; * DayOff.
