Job Summary: A professional to greet customers, provide information, assist in triage, perform registrations, and support result delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Greet customers and provide accurate information 2. Assist in triage and service management 3. Perform registrations and request examination authorizations Greet customers courteously and provide accurate information regarding examinations and health insurance or private payment requirements; Assist in triage, control, and distribution of service queue numbers; Perform registrations, correctly issue examination requisition forms, and request authorizations from health insurance providers and/or plans; Support result delivery. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Previous experience in customer service and the healthcare sector is desirable; Computer literacy. Flexible working hours.
