Manages the team, prepares staff schedules, monitors performance, controls inventory and expenses, handles cash register opening and closing procedures, and supports goods receipt. Also resolves customer complaints and proposes improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of store goals. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** Meal allowance (VR): R$ 23.00/day/workday Food allowance (VA): R$ 180.00 PLR (Profit-sharing program) Health insurance TotalPass Join our team!
