Distribute meals to patients and companions, informing the team about quantities and sectors. Collect trays, utensils, and materials, ensuring complete hygiene of kitchens, equipment, and utensils. Record and report diet acceptance to the nutritionist, including analysis of food leftovers and weighing when necessary. Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and functional, safeguarding individual and collective food safety. Serve patients ethically, attentively, and respectfully, honoring dietary preferences within the menu. Comply with internal regulations, quality procedures, hygiene and safety standards, and legal requirements.
