If you have knowledge in building maintenance, civil construction, painting, and minor repairs, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking a **Building Maintenance Assistant** to join our team. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting building maintenance activities; * Replacing light bulbs and outlets; * Performing general painting work; * Assisting with plumbing services; * Supporting various repairs to facilities. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting; * Proactivity and willingness to perform operational tasks. **Notes:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.727,65 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience in building maintenance? * What is your expected salary?
