Job Summary: The professional will provide support and assistance to franchises, ensuring brand standards and optimizing commercial results through field visits and action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Optimizing commercial and financial performance of units **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS** * Provide support and assistance to franchises, strengthening the relationship between franchises and the franchisor * Conduct field visits, developing and implementing action plans aimed at improving the commercial performance of each franchise and launching new stores * Uphold brand standards by ensuring franchisee and sales team training, and motivating them to achieve and exceed targets * Develop and monitor regional franchise performance reports to plan actions * Visit franchised units and define Action Plans—proposing initiatives that will help franchisees reach a new level in their management * Assess the individual performance of each franchise in the region * Implement new services or procedures defined by the franchisor * Optimize the financial results of franchised units * Understand each franchisee's limitations and seek to develop them * Evaluate achieved results (commercial/sales indicators: average transaction value, items per service, inventory coverage, revenue). **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of franchising, store management, and shopping mall retail * Commercial/sales indicators (average transaction value, items per service, inventory coverage, revenue) * Availability to work in the Rio Tavares neighborhood—South Region of Florianópolis/SC—and occasional travel **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * 100% on-site * Workload: 44 hours per week * Schedule: Monday to Friday during business hours **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Fixed salary: R$ 4.500,00 * Monthly variable compensation based on performance (potential up to R$3.000,00) * Unimed health plan (regional co-payment) * Dental plan * Transportation allowance (VT) * Parking * Pharmacy discount program * Reimbursable travel, visit, external meeting, and consulting expenses, including mileage Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Willingness to travel Willingness to relocate
