We currently have an open opportunity for a **Collections Supervisor**. **The main responsibilities of this position include:** Managing collections, including defining credit recovery strategies, monitoring the portfolio of delinquent accounts, and executing strategic collection activities. Overseeing financial and operational control, performing data analysis, updating reports, and tracking team performance. **Requirements:** * Experience supervising collections teams; * Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset; * Proficiency in people management and performance indicators; * Knowledge of negotiation and credit recovery strategies; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **We offer the following benefits:** * Health insurance plan via voluntary enrollment (Hapvida or Unimed); * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Semi-annual bonus; * Meal allowance – BRL 50.00 per day (paid via meal card).
