Key responsibilities: * Approach patients in an informative manner inside the clinic * Direct clients to technical services * Identify needs and connect them with optical solutions * Support the workflow until sale completion * Generate real conversion opportunities Candidate profile: * Clear communication and proactive attitude * Strong interpersonal and outreach skills * Results-oriented mindset and commercial energy * Persuasive and professional demeanor * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus Work schedule: Monday to Saturday – 09:00 to 17:00 \- Alternate Saturdays. Compensation: * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.500,00 \- 2\.000,00 \+ R$ 2.00 per acquired patient \+ 1.5% commission on sales Minimum education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
