Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance, carrying out repairs in civil construction, carpentry, and hydrosanitary systems. Key Highlights: 1. Perform building and infrastructure maintenance 2. Carry out repairs in civil construction and carpentry 3. Unclog hydrosanitary networks * AVAILABILITY TO WORK A 220-HOUR MONTHLY SCHEDULE. Perform all required services according to work orders, including recording hours worked, documenting activities performed, and providing technical assessments. * Perform civil construction tasks, such as assisting maintenance technicians with bricklaying, concrete preparation, application of skim coat, general painting, sealing works, and other general maintenance activities within company facilities. * Perform minor carpentry repairs, including furniture repair, door and window replacement and adjustment, part replacement, and floor and flooring repairs. * Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance and infrastructure maintenance. * Monitor water level and structural integrity of elevated reservoirs, including working at heights. * Unclog hydrosanitary networks, including toilets, inspection chambers, and grease traps.
