**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure all departmental controls are processed in accordance with established procedures;
* Assist in delivering customer service, fostering customer loyalty;
* Support after-sales activities (invoicing, replenishment, collections, post-surgical support, and material allocation);
* Implement the policies, guidelines, and general standards defined by the Area Management, following operational norms and instructions, with superior approval, to pursue continuous process improvement;
* Participate in events such as congresses/fairs, surgeries, and external training sessions, if necessary;
* Communicate delivery timelines to customers;
* Perform tasks and execute routines aligned with established targets and sales plan execution.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:**
High school diploma.
**Preferred qualifications:**
Technical degree;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
English and Spanish.
