Efficient communication support to the internal team Position: Commercial Assistant – Veterinary Hospital We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and communicative professional to provide customer service and support pet guardians at our Veterinary Hospital. **Main Responsibilities:** * WhatsApp and telephone customer service with clarity, empathy, and efficiency; * Scheduling of consultations and examinations with the medical team; * Clarifying doubts and providing information to pet guardians; * Daily appointment schedule organization; * Efficient communication and teamwork support to the internal team. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and schedules; * Basic knowledge of Word and computer tools; * Ability to work collaboratively, maintain organization, and pay attention to details; * Preferred: prior experience in customer service or the veterinary sector; * Flexibility. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12x36 shift) **Location:** Rua Taquarichim, 217 - Vila Vera, São Paulo - SP, 04296-100 **Salary:** R$1931,11 **Benefits:** Transportation voucher (VT), Meal allowance (VA) R$200.00, Food voucher (VR), Attendance bonus R$150.00, and health plan starting from the 3rd month. 24-Hour Veterinary Hospital – Animal Pet Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.931,11 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
