Join us and become part of a team committed to saving lives and building Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor examination requests, anatomopathological specimen collections, and other related examination requisitions, verifying correct documentation completion to ensure patient safety and adherence to established deadlines; * Supervise the nursing team, assigning daily tasks and validating processes to enable achievement of organizational objectives; * Prepare and submit alerts regarding any health issues that may become significant in public health, complying with standard quality and nursing technical protocols; * Admit patients by conducting anamnesis, verifying their data and procedures, instructing companions, and performing identification per protocol to ensure surgeries, examinations, or procedures proceed according to established guidelines; * Observe, recognize, describe signs and symptoms, and communicate changes to physicians to ensure appropriate care and minimize risks to patients; * Provide clarifications to patients and companions by delivering relevant information about treatments and procedures to alleviate patient anxiety and ensure effective treatment; * Inspect emergency carts and perform other standard nursing procedures, periodically checking medications, equipment functionality, and other items to ensure compliance with standard nursing protocols and patient/procedural safety, preventing complications. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in high school **Additional Information** Work Location: CHS Sorocaba Additional Information: Working Hours \- 1:00 PM \- 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Benefits Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Group Life Insurance Partnerships Education/University Incentive Program Pharmacies SESC SECONCI-SP \- Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo is a nonprofit philanthropic entity founded in March 1964 by a group of construction industry entrepreneurs to serve construction workers and their families.
