For us, the most important thing is that your profile aligns with our principles and culture. **The Profile We Seek:** We seek a professional to execute and coordinate Internal Audit activities, contributing to strengthening internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance of the company. This position will play a strategic role in evaluating processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting risk mitigation, thereby contributing to asset protection, compliance, and continuous business evolution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and conduct operational, financial, and compliance internal audits. * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. * Develop audit programs, control tests, and analytical procedures. * Conduct interviews and documentary analyses during audit engagements. * Prepare executive reports with clear and objective recommendations for management. * Monitor and follow up on action plans with audited areas. * Support the development of the Annual Audit Plan. * Contribute to strengthening corporate governance and internal control culture. * Support investigations of deviations or irregularities, when applicable. * Support external audits and other independent assessments. * Develop and monitor Internal Audit department indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or Risk Management. * Knowledge of auditing methodologies and process analysis. * Experience in evaluating internal controls. * Advanced Excel and data analysis tools. * Advanced PowerPoint for developing executive presentations. **Advantages** * Certifications such as CIA, CCSA, CFE, CRC, or similar. * Experience in large corporations or consulting firms. * Knowledge of frameworks such as COSO, SOX, and ISO 31000\. **Additional Information** At Leo, we believe caring for people is part of our way of growing together.
