Description
* Receive and verify automotive parts according to the invoice.
* Organize inventory by categories (tires, oils, filters, various parts).
* Track incoming and outgoing parts used in the workshop.
* Record inventory movements in the system/spreadsheet.
* Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
* Pick parts for mechanics according to work orders.
* Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when necessary.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled inventory.
* Store tires correctly (stacking height, batch number, expiration date).
* Manage chemical products, oils, and automotive fluids.
* Ensure defective parts and products are returned or exchanged.
* Track part warranty periods.
* Support the procurement department with consumption and demand data.
* Prevent losses and damage caused by improper storage.
* Follow safety regulations and good handling practices.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 \- 2 Hours Lunch Break
Saturday, 08:00–12:00
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.123,00 per month
