Job Summary: A support professional for waiters, responsible for assisting with beverage and meal service, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dining area and utensils, and collaborating with the team. Assist waiters in the restaurant by serving beverages, collecting plates, bottles, and cleaning tables; 2\. Assist waiters at events by preparing juices, refilling coffee carafes, and restocking appetizer tables or other food and beverage items; 3\. Clear tables using the proper method to stack plates and arrange glasses and cutlery on trays; 4\. Reset tables quickly according to instructions received; 5\. Polish materials, fold napkins and tablecloths, checking their condition; 6\. Keep all ménage utensils clean; 7\. Assist in kitchen cleaning, including mopping floors, washing glasses, and sterilizing plates and cutlery; 8\. Retrieve beverages from the storeroom to stock the kitchen refrigerator; 9\. Deliver all empty bottles daily to the beverage storage depot; 10\. Communicate efficiently with colleagues, customers, and supervisors; 11\. Keep immediate supervisor duly informed of all problems and relevant matters; 12\. Perform other related tasks.
