Teamwork and coordinated communication Responsibilities and Functions * **Customer service:** Greet customers, present the menu, recommend dishes and beverages, and accurately record orders. * **Service delivery:** Serve food and beverages to customers, presenting them appropriately and ensuring service quality. * **Organization and cleaning:** Set tables, prepare "mise en place", clean utensils and areas, ensuring order and hygiene in the dining room. * **Support:** Answer menu-related questions and resolve any issues regarding the customer experience, always aiming for customer satisfaction. * **Communication:** Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure coordinated and seamless service.
