Assist in controlling and monitoring the quality processes of the slaughterhouse, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, product quality, and internal company procedures. Conduct inspections and verifications in production processes; Assist in monitoring product quality standards; Check hygiene conditions and organization of departments; Complete quality spreadsheets, controls, and records; Identify and report non-conformities in the production process; Monitor operational procedures and good manufacturing practices; Assist in temperature control, storage, and handling of products; Support internal and external audits; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
