Position: Internal Sales Representative (commission-based) We are seeking a communicative, proactive professional with a strong results-oriented mindset to work as an Internal Sales Representative. Key responsibilities: * Provide customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and/or in person; * Present products and services, identifying customers' needs; * Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations; * Monitor the sales process until closure; * Maintain customer relationships and perform post-sales activities; * Enter information into the system and track goals. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in internal sales; * Expertise in sales; * Excellent communication skills and proactivity; * Knowledge of the hospitality sector, especially events; * Commercial profile, organized, and goal-focused; * Basic computer literacy.
