Requirements: * Be between 18 and 22 years of age; * Be currently enrolled in or have completed high school or elementary education; * Possess basic skills in mathematics and Portuguese language, including the ability to perform simple calculations and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally; * Willingness to learn; * Possess verbal and non-verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with customers in a friendly and courteous manner; * Attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team; * Flexibility; * Commitment to the company; * Respect for regulations. * Reside in Pau dos Ferros Main Responsibilities: * **Product Promotion:** Assist in the dissemination and promotion of the company's products or services, contributing to increased brand visibility in the market; * **Customer Service:** Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing product information, answering questions, and assisting with customer needs. * **Booth Setup:** Participate in the assembly and organization of promotional booths and displays at points of sale, fairs, or events, ensuring they are attractive and well-stocked. * **Distribution of Materials:** Assist in distributing promotional materials, such as informational leaflets, free samples, and giveaways, to stimulate customer interest. * **Feedback Collection:** Collect customer feedback regarding products or purchasing experience, conveying relevant information to the sales and marketing teams. * **Training and Development:** Participate in internal training sessions to develop sales skills, customer approach techniques, and product knowledge. * **Space Maintenance:** Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of promotional areas, assist in restocking products on shelves, pricing them appropriately, and ensuring they remain presentable and appealing.
