Job Summary: Promoter responsible for keeping the point of sale (PDV) organized, restocking products strategically, applying merchandising materials, and delighting customers with fragrances. Support activations, product launches, and events REGION \- SP \- SÃO PAULO As a Promoter, your main activities will be: Your responsibilities at the PDV: * Keep your territory clean, organized, and compliant with standards: spotless shelves, properly applied materials, and everything in its designated place. * Restock products strategically, adhering to the planogram to maximize fragrance visibility. * Apply merchandising materials accurately and effectively (wobblers, displays, posters, price tags, etc.). * Present fragrances with confidence and elegance — make customers fall in love at first contact. * Document execution with clear photos and submit reports as agreed — SPARTAN discipline. * Monitor the field: conduct price surveys and competitor research, track special promotions. * Build relationships with store managers and earn shelf space through respect and strong brand presence. * Support activations, product launches, and events as if holding the flag high in the midst of battle.
