The candidate will be responsible for tracking the progress of multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, identifying risks, and supporting data- and indicator-driven decision-making. We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to coordinate people and tasks. **Main Responsibilities** Track and control project progress Organize tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities Monitor risks and potential delays Develop and update project schedules Prepare monitoring reports and dashboards Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions Ensure clear communication across departments and teams Track project performance indicators **Requirements** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in administrative or related fields Coursework or certification in project management Excellent command of Portuguese and written communication Analytical ability and organizational skills Strong problem-solving aptitude Familiarity with task or project management tools Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: R$2\.139,81 \- R$6\.754,00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work (Berrini, SP)
