We are seeking a **Customer Service Intern** who wants to join our team, share these values, and help strengthen the excellence of the service we provide. **Responsibilities** In-person service; Reception and welcoming of patients; Scheduling of appointments and exams; Telephone, email, and WhatsApp support; Patient confirmation; Assistance in performing ECG, MAPA, and Holter exams; Other duties related to the department. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in medical and dental clinics. **Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program from the 2nd semester onward in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields.
