Production Assistant - Plastics

Job Description: **We are hiring for our São José dos Pinhais unit** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding machines to ensure production complies with technical specifications, quality parameters, safety standards, and established targets; * Prepare and operate injection/extrusion machines by adjusting temperatures, pressures, speeds, and cycles according to production orders; * Feed raw material into the machine hopper; * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of produced parts using measuring instruments to verify dimensions, weight, and finish; * Perform Level 1 preventive and corrective maintenance, such as minor adjustments, mold cleaning, and peripheral equipment cleaning; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper waste segregation; * Record daily production output, machine downtime, and scrap in internal systems or manual reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work on rotating shifts (1st and 2nd shifts); * **Easy access to the Campo Largo da Roseira neighborhood — São José dos Pinhais** Compensation: R$1.800,00 — R$1.915,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; Work location: On-site
