Description
If you're passionate about building mobile products with outstanding usability and want to leave your mark on one of Brazil's fastest-growing financial apps, this could be your opportunity!
The **Platform Product Manager** at Asaas is responsible for evolving the app as a platform — with independent product vision, creativity, and deep user understanding — creating initiatives that make Asaas more intuitive, more comprehensive, and more valuable in our customers’ daily lives. You’ll have a Product Designer as your partner on this journey and work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Interested but don’t live in Joinville? No problem — we support **remote/home office work**.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Build products focused on usability: Lead initiatives that elevate the app’s experience quality — identifying friction points, simplifying flows, and delivering interactions users recognize as intuitive and modern.
* Market awareness and innovation: Keep a close eye on the broader app market — both inside and outside the financial sector — understand trends, anticipate user expectations, and generate insights that fuel the product vision with creativity and originality.
* Evolve the app as a platform: Think beyond existing financial products, identifying opportunities to enrich and personalize the mobile channel with native features only the app can offer.
* Ensure top NPS: Continuously monitor user satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively act to maintain the app’s high perceived quality standard.
* Identify engagement and retention opportunities: Map opportunities to increase usage frequency and activation, collaborating with Growth and Marketing teams to adopt and execute the best strategies.
* Data-driven decisions: Use data as your primary language — analyze usage behavior, segment user profiles, and build solid hypotheses before any prioritization.
* Technical sustainability and evolution: Ensure the app scales sustainably by integrating technical requirements into the roadmap with clear impact visibility. Act as guardian of the release train process — ensuring clear communication, cross-team alignment, and that each release occurs with stability, predictability, and adherence to established processes.
* Partnership with Physical Sales: Collaborate with the Physical Sales squad — whose products include proprietary apps and SDKs embedded in our app — deeply understanding their product context and guiding them toward more effective, integrated deliveries within Asaas’s mobile ecosystem.
* Leadership through influence: Ability to align teams and stakeholders toward a shared goal — contributing to the product’s strategic vision and setting objectives grounded in business interests and customer needs.
