Teamwork and agility during peak hours **Position: Kitchen Assistant – Hamburger Restaurant** **About the position:** We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to work at a hamburger restaurant, supporting operations in food preparation, kitchen organization, and efficient order handling, always ensuring product quality and standards. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in ingredient preparation (cutting ingredients, portioning, and pre\-preparation) * Support hamburger and order assembly according to house standards * Operate griddle under supervision (when required) * Organize and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations * Wash utensils and equipment, and keep environment sanitized * Monitor and organize ingredients and inventory * Support team during high-volume periods * Follow hygiene and food safety standards **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience (experience in hamburger restaurants or fast food is a plus) * Agility, organization, and commitment * Ability to work well in teams and under pressure * Flexible availability **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience assembling hamburgers and operating griddles * Experience in high-volume kitchens (delivery or dine-in) * Knowledge of good food handling practices Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.912,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience as a kitchen assistant or server? * Are you available to work flexible hours?
