We are looking for a creative, organized, and eager-to-learn individual with an interest in the digital marketing universe who wishes to develop their skills within a dynamic operation—contributing to the creation of materials that directly impact our clients and the company’s communication. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking professional growth and hands-on experience within a high-performance company. **Role Mission** Contribute to the creation of visual materials that strengthen the company’s and our mentees’ communication, ensuring quality, organization, and consistency across all deliverables. **Key Responsibilities** * Design social media assets (feed posts, stories, carousels, and ads); * Develop graphic materials for marketing campaigns; * Support the creation of presentations, e-books, PDFs, and rich media; * Assist in developing visual identities for digital products and mentorships; * Make layout adjustments and adaptations per briefing; * Support the creation of thumbnails, banners, and institutional materials; * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams; * Organize files and maintain brand visual standards; * Meet deadlines and fulfill team requests. **Success Metrics (KPIs)** * Quality of deliverables; * Adherence to deadlines; * Volume of materials produced; * Low rework rate; * File and project organization; * Internal client satisfaction. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop; * Basic knowledge of Illustrator and/or Figma is considered a plus; * Understanding of composition, typography, and visual identity; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Effective communication and ability to collaborate in a team; * Eagerness to learn and receive feedback; * Portfolio showcasing developed work (academic, personal, or professional). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with social media; * Knowledge of digital marketing; * Familiarity with copywriting; * Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar); * Experience with info-products, product launches, or the mentorship market; * Familiarity with AI-powered design tools. **Job Details** * Work model: Remote; * Full-time engagement; * PJ (individual contractor) hiring model; * Professional development opportunity within a rapidly growing company; * Involvement in a high-ticket mentorship operation, featuring a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on innovation and results.
