Prepare mise\-en\-place of materials and raw ingredients. Order, receive, store, and maintain adequate inventory levels of products, controlling maximum and minimum stock, quality, expiration dates, and recommended storage temperatures. Conduct area inventory. Restock beverages and other products in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers, replenishing items displayed at point-of-sale (POS) locations. Organize and restock utensils, tableware, and supporting materials in the dining area. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and appropriate appearance of tables and service areas. Assist in organizing events, buffets, and room service operations. Adhere to quality, hospitality, and food safety standards. Execute direct sales to customers, offering products according to the wine and beverage menu. Maintain area equipment in clean and optimal working condition. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education **Nice-to-have (but not mandatory) knowledge and/or experience:** Customer service techniques. Etiquette and personal presentation course. Table manners course.
