All managerial decision-making stems from this triad, and we require a professional with prior experience in this area to serve as one of our foundational pillars on this topic. *We uphold diversity as a cornerstone of our culture. Candidates are considered for our positions without distinction based on race, color, religion, gender or gender identity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, ancestry, or age.* **YOUR CHALLENGES:** * Be responsible for supporting a Business Unit: You will act as the primary contact for this unit, maintaining daily dashboard data, monitoring daily rituals of engineering and product teams, and developing dashboards and analyses to diagnose problems and identify opportunities; * Interaction with engineering stacks: You will also build pipelines within our Airflow tool, based on the data required for analysis. Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and Python is necessary to orchestrate this workflow; * Promoting AI and ML across the company: Finally, we are a data\-AI\-driven company. We need an analyst who is ambitious about applying these techniques daily, promoting AI and ML solutions that increase productivity and optimize key business metrics. * **️ YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs daily, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with actual business operations; * You will handle support requests opened by our internal customers related to our data ecosystem; * You will have the opportunity to exclusively support one of our client areas through data projects involving critical thinking and analytical reasoning. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Has programming knowledge in Python and SQL; * Has prior experience in business-oriented data analysis; * Has basic statistical knowledge enabling agility and accuracy in analyses and diagnostics; * Has basic proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and in data storytelling; * Possesses an unwavering desire to continuously learn and grow within the data field. ✔️ **YOU WILL STAND OUT IF:** * You have prior knowledge of data engineering and data architecture; * You have prior experience facilitating stakeholder forums. **OUR TOOLS** * SQL * Python * Metabase Important note: Prior knowledge of all our internal tools is not required.
