Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Busboy (Waiter Assistant) to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia - SP. This professional will be responsible for assisting waiters and waitresses with customer service and supporting restaurant organization activities according to established quality standards, complying with internal and external procedures and policies, as well as adhering to general and human resources policies of Bourbon Hospitality. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in cleaning and organizing bar and restaurant sales areas according to company standards. * Organize the dining room layout, positioning all materials to keep the area in perfect condition and ready to receive guests. * Respond to requests made through Guest Service by preparing trays as requested and delivering them to guest rooms. * Polish dishes and cutlery using specific cleaning products to keep items clean and polished. * Deliver complimentary items to guest rooms when requested. * Collect and transport all dirty linens to the laundry facility for washing and drying. * Remove and collect used dishes for cleaning and maintenance in optimal condition. * Set up buffets and tables according to company standards. * Check beverage stock and organization in refrigerators, wine cellar, and bar following the company's established methods. * Close out bills and forward them to the appropriate cashier. * Process bill issuance, verify details, and deliver to customers for payment or signature as applicable. * Serve food and drinks to guests, transporting, presenting, and placing them on appropriate plates and glasses. * Assist in conducting weekly and monthly inventories within their work area. * Organize waste disposal in bar and restaurant sales areas according to national recycling regulations. * Organize the Room Service area, removing and placing products in an orderly fashion to facilitate inventory control, restocking, and ease of use by coworkers. * Fill out the Room Service control sheet after receiving orders to maintain a record of activities. * Perform other related duties as required.
