Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to prepare dishes, sauces, and side dishes; maintain kitchen hygiene; and develop new recipes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Cook**. **Work Location:** Amazon – Cajamar/SP **Available Shifts (12x36 Schedule):** * 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Responsibilities:** · Review the daily menu and verify that required food items are correctly sorted; · Assist with and/or prepare main dishes, sauces, side dishes, salads, next-day pre-preparation, and portioning according to the schedule; · Cook food items and deliver preparations to the distribution counter or store them following the Hygiene Manual; · Maintain, preserve, and ensure proper functioning of equipment; · Participate in kitchen cleaning and organization, including equipment and utensils; · Monitor daily sample collection for the shift under their responsibility; · Taste preparations and suggest improvements when necessary; · Develop new recipes within technical standards; · Be responsible for preparing special diets and for plating and decorating dishes, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures; · Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils; · Perform meat pre-preparation according to menus and technical sheets; · Execute preparations strictly following menus and technical sheets; · Monitor quantity and quality of products during processing; · Measure equipment and product temperatures; **Compensation:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.683,07 * **Night Shift Premium:** 35% (when applicable) **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance – R$ 290.00/month; * Commuter Bus Service (fixed pickup points in Francisco Morato and Franco da Rocha) **or** Transportation Voucher for other regions; * Life Insurance; * Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * On-site meals. **Requirements:** * Must be at least 18 years old; * Elementary education (incomplete or higher); * Prior experience; · **Currently studying in this field is considered an advantage.** Employment Type: CLT (Permanent Contract) Pay: R$2.683,00 – R$2.683,07 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
