If you seek a professional, organized environment committed to results and passionate about football, this is the place for you. **About the Position** We are seeking a **Content Production Assistant**, responsible for supporting all stages involved in sports broadcast and content production processes, assisting in the operational organization of the department, monitoring broadcast-related requests, managing and issuing invoices and payments, liaising with suppliers, updating internal spreadsheets and tools, and contributing to organizing workflows within the Communications and Marketing team. The role also includes supporting TV and streaming sports broadcasts, ensuring processes are carried out in an organized, agile, and efficient manner. We seek a proactive, organized individual with an interest in football, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic and cooperative team environment. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Radio/TV, Journalism, or Advertising; * Experience working at football clubs or within sports environments in operational, administrative, or technical roles; * Practical understanding of activity organization routines, information flow, and event execution services; * Prior experience in audiovisual production/broadcasting; * Proficiency in Google tools and Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of OBS Studio, vMix, and Adobe Suite (especially Premiere); * Familiarity with YouTube environment and platforms; * Interest in and knowledge of football and sports in general; * Intermediate English; * Availability for occasional travel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with live broadcasting of sporting events; * Knowledge of operational organization and financial processes. * **Work Mode:** 100% On-site. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * **Location:** Barra Funda – São Paulo/SP. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **Benefits** * Meal Voucher; * Food Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * 14th Salary + Bonus; * Omint Health and Dental Plan; * Omint Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * SESC Partnership; * SmartFit Black Plan; * Wellhub; * TotalPass; * Avus; * Starbem; * Education Assistance (Undergraduate Studies/Languages/Postgraduate Studies after the first year of contract). **Join our team and contribute to the development of São Paulo Football!**
