We are seeking a **Junior Controlling Analyst** to support financial control activities, performance analysis, and budget monitoring for the company. This position will interface with various business areas, contributing to the generation of managerial information and supporting decision-making. **Location:** São Bernardo do Campo – Hybrid model **Key Responsibilities:** * Support monthly management closing and performance analysis * Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budget and forecast * Conduct cost, expense, and budget variance analyses * Prepare financial reports and performance indicators (KPIs) * Support the development and updating of dashboards and managerial presentations * Monitor cost centers and assist managers with budgetary control * Provide support in profitability and financial viability analyses * Assist in audit processes and internal controls * Contribute to process and reporting improvement and automation **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; **Knowledge and Experience:** * Prior experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or accounting will be considered a plus * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of TOTVS ERP * Knowledge of Power BI * Intermediate English proficiency * Familiarity with financial indicators and budgeting.
