Job Summary: A multifunctional construction professional who performs cleaning, assembly, demolition, material preparation, equipment maintenance, and general assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates with teams, focusing on safety and progress of activities. **Job Description / Responsibilities:** \- Cleans, organizes, and assists in setting up the construction site; \- Performs demolition, excavation, and soil compaction using hand tools and electric machinery; \- Prepares mortar or plaster mixtures for any construction-related activity; \- Conducts first-level maintenance; \- Is responsible for storing and cleaning machinery and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and performing minor repairs; \- Handles vertical or horizontal transportation, loading and unloading of materials; \- Assists professionals across all departments and construction phases; \- Collaborates with teams while maintaining focus on safety and smooth progress of activities; **\- WE OPERATE WITH AN OVERTIME BANK SYSTEM;** **Experience Requirements:** \- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a construction helper; **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance; \- On-site meals; \- Attendance-based food basket; \- Group life insurance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.120,80 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Group life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
