Keep construction areas clean and organized We are hiring a **Construction Helper** to work on construction sites, supporting operational activities and contributing to the smooth progress of projects. * Prepare mortar mixes and other general mixtures; * Supply masons with materials whenever required; * Assist in reinforcing steel assembly for columns, beams, and conduits; * Assist in assembling formwork structures for concrete pouring; * Plant grass; * Prepare ducts and dig holes for general infrastructure installation; * Clean, organize, and maintain construction areas in order; * Participate in internal and external training sessions when requested, pursuing continuous professional development and technical improvement. Requirements * Prior experience in civil construction is preferred; * Commitment and responsibility; * Proactivity and willingness to work collaboratively; * Eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
