Assemble individual desserts, buffets, trays, etc., and manage distribution to consumption areas. Develop cost and preparation technical specifications for new desserts, under guidance. Monitor buffet consumption and replenish desserts as needed. Request raw materials required for dessert preparation, specifying products and quantities, and submit requests for approval. Collect desserts at the end of service—both from the buffet and kitchen—and safely deliver them to the appropriate destination. Fully comply with food safety best practices. Supervise the Kitchen Assistant.
