**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Responsibilities and Activities** Assist in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of dies, gauges, assembly fixtures, tools, and prototypes. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on stamping tools and/or molds. Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, presses, and other equipment used in machining. Use hand tools, measuring instruments, furnaces, and other resources for manufacturing, adjustment, and recovery of metal parts. Interpret mechanical technical drawings to perform assemblies, adjustments, and repairs. Assemble fixtures according to technical drawings and perform adjustments on workbenches. Perform conventional marking on materials using measuring and layout instruments for machining reference. Set up and operate machine tools to cut, drill, tap, grind, and machine parts according to technical specifications. Perform assembly and adjustment of components using measuring and control instruments such as micrometers, calipers, protractors, gauge blocks, and others. Assist in adjusting tools on presses. Carry out quality control on machined parts and completed repairs. Perform disassembly and recovery of worn or defective tools, dies, and fixtures. Perform heat treatment of parts using furnaces and appropriate substances, as required by the process. Prepare checklists for preventive and corrective maintenance. Support other departments in maintenance projects and requests. Contribute to workplace organization, cleanliness, and upkeep. **Requirements:** **Requirements** Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings. Knowledge of measuring instruments. Experience operating lathes, milling machines, grinders, and presses. Knowledge of tool, mold, and fixture maintenance.
