**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:45 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Evoluir Pessoas e Resultados is seeking an Early Childhood Educator! To work full-time at a traditional private school in Caxias do Sul/RS Responsibilities: * Welcoming and providing daily care for children; * Planning and implementing pedagogical activities; * Developing age-appropriate playful and educational activities; * Filling out and updating children's agendas; * Supervising hygiene routines (bathroom use, diaper changes, hand and face washing); * Organizing and supporting the daily school routine; * Communicating with and providing feedback to parents regarding children's development and daily routines; * Ensuring children's well-being, safety, and development; * Supporting other school-related activities and childcare duties. **Requirements:** Skills and Requirements * Experience in early childhood education; * Familiarity with school routines and childcare practices in early childhood education; * Affinity, patience, and attentiveness when working with children; * Organization and responsibility in carrying out daily routines; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to plan and implement pedagogical activities; * Proactivity and dynamism in daily school life; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Commitment to children's development and well-being; * Flexibility to assist with various daily school routine demands. **Benefits:** Fuel allowance, Internal benefits, On-site meals
