Position: Building Maintenance Assistant Location: Suporte Imagem Headquarters \- Centro, Eusébio \- CE WORK HOURS Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 17:00; Friday: 07:00 to 16:00. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels and building electrical installations, including air conditioning equipment, mechanical and hydraulic maintenance. \- Perform painting, masonry, furniture handling and installation, cleaning; supervise third-party maintenance service providers. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS High school education in progress. Attention to detail. Technical courses in building maintenance and/or related fields.
