General Shipping Assistant

Description

We are hiring for immediate start. **Responsibilities:** Receive, store, and control inventory of packaging materials and other production inputs; Sort and organize packaging materials required for cosmetic production, following instructions and safety regulations; Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace to ensure hygiene and safety; Assist with other Logistics and Shipping tasks, such as operating a pallet jack, inspecting product quality, and identifying potential defects; Loading and unloading of merchandise pallets; Biweekly supervision of service providers responsible for disposable waste removal; Inspect finished products from the production line for pallet assembly prior to shipment; Support the production line when needed. Perform counting of finished products from production. **Requirements:** Completed lower secondary education (Fundamental II) **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 22716 (Good Manufacturing Practices) Forklift operation training ERP system knowledge Knowledge of **pallet arcing and stretch wrapping** for shipping **General Information:** Employment type: CLT contract, on-site, full-time Working hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Friday) Interested candidates should send an email to admin@sweeteez.com.br — subject line: General Shipping Assistant Salary: R$1.582,98 – R$2.418,50 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
