Growth opportunities and internal training We are looking for a talented and dynamic Bartender to join our team. We are a traditional parrilla focused on premium meats and a welcoming atmosphere, and we seek someone who can elevate customer experience with creative cocktails and impeccable service. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve classic, original, and dessert-based beverages, ensuring quality and perfect presentation. * Prepare and serve beverages in general. * Manage beverage inventory, tracking receipts, withdrawals, and losses. * Serve customers courteously, suggesting ideal pairings with house dishes. * Maintain the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards (ANVISA). * Support the creation of seasonal menus and happy hour promotions. * Collaborate with the dining room team during peak hours. Requirements: * Proven experience as a bartender * Knowledge of mixology, cocktail techniques, and meat pairing. * Technical course in bartending or similar (preferred). * Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and teamwork.
