Mastery of mixology techniques and inventory control * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and original cocktails, ensuring quality standards and presentation. * Greet and serve customers at the bar courteously, offering drink recommendations, answering questions, and delivering a distinctive experience. * Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked bar (beverages, ice, fruits, and utensils), adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. * Accurately and efficiently record orders, process payments, and monitor consumption. * Control ingredient usage, monitor inventory levels, request restocking, and minimize waste. * Master mixology techniques and contribute suggestions for drink pairings and continuous menu improvement. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, integrated service and a welcoming environment.
