Follow hygiene and food safety regulations A bakery in Indaiatuba is seeking a Bakery Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in dough preparation by separating and weighing ingredients. Help with shaping, fermentation, and organizing bread for the oven. Operate simple equipment under supervision. Organize and sanitize utensils, workbenches, and equipment. Assist in inventory control of supplies. Sort products for display or storage. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Position requires on-site work in Indaiatuba / SP. Previous experience as a Bakery Assistant, Baker's Helper, Oven Operator, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this role. High school diploma required.
