You will join a team that continuously seeks innovation, agility, and development.  **Join us and become a Catupilover!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct internal audits with a risk-based focus, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and best audit practices across operational, administrative, and financial processes; * Assist in mapping internal risks and controls, effectively contributing to strengthening the corporate risk matrix; * Lead and monitor inventory audits, ensuring accuracy of records, adherence to controls, and integrity of asset-related information; * Record and organize audit evidence, observing technical criteria, traceability, and document standardization; * Support implementation of action plans, ensuring effectiveness of corrective and preventive initiatives adopted by audited areas; * Support preparation of executive reports, presenting well-founded analyses and targeted recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in Internal Audit and/or External Audit (Big4 or independent audit firms); * Preferred: Advanced Excel and/or Power BI. **Additional Information** * Location: Bom Retiro (to be relocated to the Lapa region) \- Hybrid model 3x2; * Health Insurance (Porto Seguro); * Dental Insurance (Porto Seguro); * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * GymPass/WellHub; * Vitta \- telemedicine; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Breakfast; * Parking Agreement; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Partnership; * Corporate University; * Career Development Plan; * Birthday Day Off; * Discounts on Catupiry products at our Emporium.
