Support and clarification of doubts A hamburger restaurant in Itaboraí (Downtown) is seeking a Customer Service Representative. **Responsibilities:** Serve customers in person, by phone, or via delivery apps. Accurately register orders and forward them to the kitchen. Serve burgers, beverages, and other menu items. Operate the cash register, process payments, and close orders. Organize and clean tables, counters, and the service area. Assist with order assembly for takeout and delivery. Provide customer support by clarifying questions about products. Follow hygiene standards, service protocols, and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Sales Attendant, Receptionist, Customer Service Consultant, or Customer Service Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
