Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Prior experience as Head Waiter, Assistant Maître, or dining room leadership role. * Knowledge of restaurant service techniques. * Experience in leadership with a focus on customer service. * Availability for rotating shift schedule (6x1\). * Sales expertise is a plus. * Experience in hotel restaurants or upscale establishments is a plus. * Knowledge of wines and dining room sales techniques is a plus. * Fluency in another language is a plus.
