**Job Mission** Ensure the company's billing occurs accurately, swiftly, and without errors, guaranteeing correct issuance of invoices and proper revenue control. **Important Before Applying** This is a **critical operational role**. If you lack hands-on experience issuing invoices, this position is not suitable for you. **Responsibilities** * Issue invoices for products and services * Verify orders prior to billing (data, amounts, customer) * Ensure correct delivery of invoices to customers * Manage accounts receivable (recording and tracking) * Support customer collections when necessary * Interface with accounting (providing tax-related information) * Organize billing documents and records * Reduce errors, rework, and inconsistencies **What We Expect in the First Months** * Error-free billing * Complete organization of issued invoices * Controlled and up-to-date accounts receivable * Reduced rework **Requirements** * Experience issuing invoices * Basic knowledge of tax procedures * Experience managing accounts receivable * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Industrial sector experience * ERP system knowledge * Familiarity with CFOP codes and taxes **Expected Profile** An organized, detail-oriented, and reliable professional.
