Build your future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in reviewing operational, financial, administrative, and logistical processes. * Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and procedures. * Collect information, documents, and evidence from audited departments. * Organize and analyze spreadsheets, reports, and indicators to identify inconsistencies. * Perform conformity and effectiveness tests of internal controls. * Evaluate improvements and document deficiencies, risks, or opportunities for enhancement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Preferred: experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, and controls; * Advantage: basic knowledge of internal audit and internal controls. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being ROFE!** Transportation to facilitate commuting to the company; Transportation allowance; Meals provided at the company; Game room, relaxation room, and reading room; Mental health programs; Employee development incentive programs.
